We perform backer rod-backed joint sealing and waterproofing coatings, such as elastomeric coatings on exterior hard coat stucco finishes. This project consists of 330 units, 154 of which are slated to become future condominiums. Accents include painted spandrels on the parking deck with painted metal guardrails. Units include crown moulding and slick finished walls and ceilings. Specialty units include townhouses and 2-story live/work units, the "work" or retail part of which was left a "white box" for tenant finishing.
