The Manno Corporation’s individually obtained, multiple state specialty contractor’s licenses demonstrate our commitment to remaining industry leaders and providing our clients with efficient, dependable painting results.

By law, a state contractor’s license is only granted upon successful completion of two exams (one testing knowledge of general business and legal practices; the other with points specific to the respective construction niche.) Before an applicant can even sit for the exams, they must prove financial solvency, a minimum 4-year company history, and exceptional business and character references.

Please click on the links below to view our license status. States not listed do not require specialty licenses for painters, except Mississippi and Arkansas, which are pending.
