Structural Steel Parking Decks

The parking deck is a steel structure that was painted with a two-part epoxy material. The steel was etched with an acid wash, spot primed, and then coated with epoxy. This system carried a 10-year manufacturer's warranty. The top floor of the structure was finished with painted galvanized metal awnings and painted concrete panels accenting the exterior.
