Three Thousand Sage

This project in Houston, Texas consisted of 324 apartment units slated for future condo conversion. Interior finishes included 10 foot ceilings on the top level units with 8 foot doors. The parking garage was made from structural steel, which we coated with an industrial enamel product, "dry fall" on the galvanized metal decking. Interior corridors were accented with crown moulding and wainscot.
